4 servings

Time: ~5 min, plus a night ahead

Ingredients

Optional but strongly recommended (protein + creaminess)

  • Greek Yogurt, plain optional1⅓ cups

Optional add-ins

  • Peanut Butter optional¼ cup
  • Banana, mashed optional×2
  • Frozen Berries optional1 cup
  • Hemp Seeds optional3 tbsp

Other ingredients

  • Rolled Oats2 cups
  • Chia Seeds3 tbsp
  • Flax Seeds, ground3 tbsp
  • Salt⅛ tsp
  • Soy Milk3 cups
  • Vanilla Extract2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl or container, mix oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and salt.

  2. Add Soy Milk

Add soy milk and vanilla extract. Stir well for about 30 seconds to prevent clumps.

  3. Incorporate Yogurt

Stir in Greek yogurt until smooth.

  4. Mix Optional Ingredients

If using, mix in nut butter and mashed banana.

  5. Fold in Berries

Fold in berries and hemp hearts, or save them for topping in the morning.

  6. Refrigerate Overnight

Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

  7. Adjust Consistency

In the morning, loosen with a splash of soy milk if it’s too thick.

Quick tweaks

Less thick: use 2 tbsp chia instead of 3. More protein, same vibe: use 2 cups Greek yogurt and reduce soy milk to 2 1/2 cups.
