Tuna Mac and Cheese

Step 1 · Cook the Macaroni

Cook macaroni and drain.

Step 2 · Drain the Tuna

Drain tuna fish.

• 2 cansCanned Tuna, drained

Step 3 · Combine Macaroni and Tuna

Mix macaroni and tuna in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Step 4 · Prepare Bread Crumbs

Melt butter, add one tablespoon of melted butter to the bread crumbs and mix well.

• ½ cupBreadcrumbs

Step 5 · Make the Sauce

With the rest of the butter in a saucepan on low heat, add the flour, stirring constantly, then add milk, salt, pepper and stir until smooth.

• Milk
• Salt
• Black Pepper

Step 6 · Boil the Sauce

Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.

Step 7 · Melt the Cheese

Reduce heat and add cheese, stir until melted.

• 2 cupsCheddar Cheese, shredded

Step 8 · Mix with Cheese Sauce

Pour cheese sauce over tuna and macaroni, toss to mix.

• 2 cansCanned Tuna, drained

Step 9 · Top with Bread Crumbs

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over top.

Step 10 · Bake the Casserole

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
